Legislation is being proposed that will open the VA health care system to ALL  veterans. This will allow category 8 veterans who's income is above the limit set by the administration to use the VA for their health care needs. They may incur a user fee based on their income but they would be in the VA system. This will also allow a second party insurance to be used and billed.  Please read and then send along your thoughts on the site provided. Speak up for your fellow veterans !
